积炭沉积量的增加致使喷油嘴喷油量将受到一定影响，致使喷油嘴焚烧不充分，发动机各缸喷油量也就不均匀，作业状况也就不稳定。

The increase in carbon deposition will have a certain impact on the fuel injection volume of the fuel injector, resulting in insufficient combustion of the fuel injector, uneven fuel injection volume in each cylinder of the engine, and unstable operating conditions.

3电瓶

如果说电瓶长期不维护的话，电解液水分蒸发后就到及时弥补，没有装备起动电瓶充电器，电瓶长期自然放电后电量降低。

机油是有一定的坚持期，也就是说长期不使用的话，机油的物理化学功能会发生变化，形成机组作业时清洁度会恶化，会引发机组零件损坏。

Oil has a certain persistence period, which means that if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, resulting in a deterioration of the cleanliness of the unit during operation, which can cause damage to the unit components.

5油箱

水进入柴油发电机组空气中的水气在温度的改变下会发生冷凝现象，结成水珠挂附在油箱内壁，当水珠流入柴油后，就会使柴油含水量超标，当这样的柴油进入发动机高压油泵后，就会锈蚀精密偶合件，假设严重的话就会损坏机组。

The water vapor in the air of the diesel generator set will condense under the change of temperature, forming water droplets hanging on the inner wall of the oil tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel oil, the water content of the diesel oil will exceed the standard. When such diesel oil enters the engine high-pressure oil pump, the precision coupling will be corroded, and if it is serious, the unit will be damaged.

6 Triple filtration

在柴油发电机组工作过程中，油污或杂质会沉积在滤网壁上，而过个会使滤器过滤功能下降，沉积过多，油路将无法疏通，当设备工作时将会因油无法供应而不能正常使用。

During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil stains or impurities will deposit on the filter screen wall, which will reduce the filtering function of the filter. If there is too much deposit, the oil circuit will not be unblocked, and the equipment will not be used normally due to the lack of oil supply.

7润滑系统、密封件

由于润滑油或油酯的化学特性及机械磨损后发生的铁屑，这些不止降低了它的润滑效果，还会损坏其它零部件，一同由于润滑油对橡胶密封圈有一定的腐蚀效果，其它油封本身也随时而老化使其密封效果下降。
