发电机组的成功开启肯定是要有足够快的转速，好的气缸压缩力以及喷进雾化良好的燃油而且还要有一定的温度，让雾化的燃油达到着火的情况。

无开启的时候，应该先去检查电路的问题，按下开启的按钮，起动马达无动作就代表电路断路或者是接触不良，如果只有启动齿轮与飞轮齿圈撞击声就是大、小齿轮无法啮合，这个时候只要把飞轮盘动一数齿就行，若起动马达转而无力、转速低就代表是电瓶电力不够。

基本上就是机组低速运转不平稳，高速时排气管冒黑烟会发出异响，发电机组在没有达到大修的情况下，功率不够一般都是燃油供给系统出现问题和气缸压缩力不够导致的。

这个时候就先空车检查，如果加大油门，空车可以达到高转速就是故障在工作机械，如果空车转速上不去就代表故障在发电机组。

检查排气歧管根部的温度，如果温度过低就是这个缸不工作或者是工作不良，低速时可用手指触摸检查，高速的时候就不要这样做了，免得烫伤手指，这个时候就可以向排气歧管的根部吐唾液，如果唾液没有发出那种被高温蒸发的声音就代表这个缸坏掉了。

自动熄火的原因太多了，但是常见的基本就是燃油供给中断和运动件受阻这两个问题。

在正常运转的时候，如果，转速慢慢的掉下来，声音慢慢的变小，油温、压力、水温都正常，推动油门没有效果，延续一段时间后再慢慢的熄火，停车后用改锥能盘动飞轮就代表是燃油供给不畅或中断。

During normal operation, if the speed slowly drops, the sound gradually decreases, and the oil temperature, pressure, and water temperature are all normal. Pushing on the throttle has no effect. 在运转过程中，水温正常，机油压力下降，油温上升，油里面有金属的碎片，有机油烧干的气味，机器振动变快，声音异常，转速慢慢的降低，停车时惯性转动时间短，停车后盘不动飞轮，机器降温后还是盘不动飞轮那就可以确定是主轴烧瓦。
