页岩油、兰炭、焦炭、电石、铁合金等炼化生产企业,在生产过程中会伴随产生大量的低热值工业尾气。这些可燃气体成分以氢气、一氧化碳为主,成分复杂、杂质多、成分不稳定、毒性大、易燃易爆,除小部分炼化工厂自用外,剩余大部分燃烧排空浪费。

针对此类气体,以燃气内燃机为基础,开发了适用于焦炉煤气、发生炉煤气、兰炭尾气、油页岩尾气、电石尾气、铁合金尾气等多种工业尾气的大功率燃气发电机组,功率范围500-1200kW。将这些可燃焦炉煤气发电利用变废为宝, 既了排放对空气的污染,又可节约电力资源。
