燃气发电机组是一种将燃气的化学能转化为电能的设备 ，是适应环保要求和市场新环境而开发的新型发电机组。主要分为两种：

联合循环燃气轮机：功率较大，一般用于大、中型电站。

工作原理

Working principle

往复式燃气发电机组的主要设备是燃气发动机和交流发电机，并配备进气燃气系统、冷却系统、润滑系统、控制系统等辅助装置。以瓦斯发电为例，其原理是瓦斯气体进入燃气发动机汽缸内燃烧，产生的动力驱动发动机曲轴旋转，曲轴将动力传递给交流发电机，发电机运转后将动力转换为电能输出 。燃烧后产生的高温烟气，可排入大气或送入余热锅炉回收热能再利用。

The main equipment of a reciprocating gas generator set is a gas engine and an AC generator, equipped with auxiliary devices such as an intake gas system, cooling system, lubrication system, and control system. Taking gas power generation as an example, its principle is that gas enters the cylinder of a gas engine and burns, generating power that drives the engine crankshaft to rotate. The crankshaft transmits the power to an AC generator, which then converts the power into electrical energy output. The high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion can be discharged into the atmosphere or sent to a waste heat boiler for heat recovery and reuse.

启动性能好：冷态启动成功后到满负载仅需 30 秒钟，能在任何环境温度和气候下保证启动成功率 ，相比之下，国际规定柴油发电机启动成功后 3 分钟才能带负载。

Good starting performance: After successful cold start, it only takes 30 seconds to reach full load, which can ensure the success rate of starting in any environmental temperature and climate. In contrast, international regulations require diesel generators to be loaded after 3 minutes of successful start.

噪声低振动小：燃汽轮机处于高速旋转状态，振动小，低频噪声优于柴油发电机组。

Low noise and low vibration: The gas turbine is in a high-speed rotating state, with low vibration and better low-frequency noise than diesel generator sets.

燃料清洁廉价：可使用瓦斯气、桔梗气、沼气等清洁、廉价的可燃性气体，不仅运行可靠、成本低，还能变废为宝，减少污染。

Clean and inexpensive fuel: Clean and inexpensive combustible gases such as gas, platycodon gas, biogas, etc. can be used, which not only run reliably and have low costs, but also turn waste into treasure and reduce pollution.

机房要求：机房应远离明火区域，保持宽敞、明亮，安装换气扇保证良好通风；室内照明、开关、线路及其电器应采用防爆措施且固定牢固；应符合消防要求，配备灭火器等消防器械；安装可燃气体报警装置，及时发现气体泄漏。

Computer room requirements: The computer room should be kept away from open flame areas, spacious and bright, and equipped with ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation; Indoor lighting, switches, circuits, and their electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed; Should meet fire safety requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment; Install combustible gas alarm devices to promptly detect gas leaks.

安装要求：安装时底盘与地基需用平垫铁找平，接触面积在 60% 以上且分布均匀。

Installation requirements: During installation, the chassis and foundation need to be leveled with a flat pad iron, with a contact area of over 60% and evenly distributed.

管路要求：60kw 以下单台燃气发动机燃气管路的外部主要管道内径应不小于 2 吋，靠近发动机部分内径应不小于 1 吋；60kw 以上燃气发电机组则分别是 3 吋和 2 吋。必须安装燃气阀门（不锈钢球阀）、型放水阀、防回火装置 ，燃气管路焊接完成后需用高压空气清理焊渣。

Pipeline requirements: The inner diameter of the external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kw should not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine should not be less than 1 inch; Gas generators with a power of over 60kW are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. Gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti backfire devices must be installed. After welding the gas pipeline, high-pressure air is required to clean the welding slag.

燃气要求：燃气必须进行脱硫、脱水、除尘处理，其中含流量≤0.25Nm，氢气≤10%

Gas requirements: Gas must undergo desulfurization, dehydration, and dust removal treatment, with a flow rate of ≤ 0.25Nm and hydrogen gas of ≤ 10%
