Oil is added to the intake port, and the engine is cranked to attach it to the top of the piston, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, and the valve sealing surface. The valve is placed in a closed state to isolate the cylinder liner from the outside.
When determining that the biogas engine will not be used for a long time, we should try to drain off cooling water and lubricating oil. Keep the biogas generator unit clean.
Cover the air filter, exhaust pipe, and oil tank to prevent dust from falling.
Ensure that the engine set is clean. Remove dust and oil from the surface.
Remove the valve cover of the biogas engine, dip a small amount of anhydrous engine oil with a brush, and brush it on the rocker arm and other parts.
The biogas engine should be placed in a well ventilated, dry and clean place. It is strictly prohibited to store chemicals (such as fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) together.
