The Gas-fired power plant unit room needs to be far away from the open fire area, which is also for safety reasons, and it needs to be spacious, bright and equipped with a ventilator to ensure good ventilation; When installing the chassis and foundation of the Gas-fired power plant unit, it needs to be leveled with a flat sizing block, and the contact area needs to be more than 60% and evenly distributed;
The lighting, switches, lines and electrical appliances installed in the room of the Gas-fired power plant unit room should be explosion-proof and firmly fixed. The room should meet the fire protection requirements, and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. The Gas-fired power plant unit room needs to be installed with combustible gas alarm devices to detect the leakage of combustible gas in a timely manner;
The external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single Gas-fired power plant unit below 60kw is also required, and the inner diameter shall not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part close to the engine shall not be less than 1 inch. For Gas-fired power plant units above 60kw, they are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively, and gas valves, type drain valves and anti backfire devices need to be installed. After welding of gas pipelines, welding slags should be cleaned. There is another note to remind everyone that gas must be desulfurized, dehydrated and dedusted, including flow ≤ 0.25Nm3 and hydrogen ≤ 10
