The internal combustion engine used in the process of high concentration gas power generation may have different structures due to different manufacturers, but overall, its basic structure is the same, consisting of several systems including gas intake and exhaust, ignition, cooling, lubrication, and control. The gas intake and exhaust system includes gas, filters, intake and exhaust valves, etc. After the fusion of gas and air through the filters, they enter the cylinder body of the internal combustion engine for combustion. The heat energy is converted into kinetic energy and drives the movement of pistons, connecting rods, and other components, outputting power. The cooling system utilizes the operation of cylinder liners and chilled water pumps to circulate the coolant between the heat dissipation water tank and the gas turbine, achieving the purpose of cooling. The ignition system uses an ignition transformer and a spark plug to ignite the mixed gas. The lubrication system uses the oil pump to lubricate the lubricating oil. The control system utilizes the operation of metering valves and throttle valves to reasonably adjust the amount of gas entering, thereby achieving a gas proportion of about 7% in the mixed gas and combustion in the gas cylinder.
